DISCLAIMERS
It's important to keep in mind that every legal case is unique, with its own set of circumstances and variables. As a result, past outcomes of cases do not in any way guarantee or predict similar results in future cases.
The content provided on this website is intended purely for general informational purposes. It is not, by any means, intended to provide specific legal advice for any individual case or situation. Only a professional lawyer who has had the opportunity to review and evaluate the specific facts of your case can provide legal advice that is tailored to your circumstances. Therefore, we strongly advise against relying solely on the information provided on this site when seeking legal advice.
Please be aware that submitting information to us, providing information through this website, or contacting our firm through this website does not in any way create an attorney-client relationship. Our firm has a strict policy that in every case we accept, a written contract is required to officially establish an attorney-client relationship.
Also, it's worth noting that our non-lawyer staff are not qualified to provide legal advice or legal services. Only the lawyers at Popa Law are authorized and have the appropriate qualifications to provide legal advice.
DISCLOSURES
At Popa Law, we have developed the following privacy statements to demonstrate our steadfast commitment to transparency and to accurately communicate our use of your personally identifiable information in a clear and understandable way. We value your privacy and your trust in our services, and we aim to provide you with full clarity about how your data is handled.
The Popa Law website makes use of online forms as a tool for our visitors to request information or to set up a consultation with us. When you fill out one of these online contact forms on our website, you may be asked to provide certain personal information. This could include your name, address, email address, and phone number. Once you complete this form, your message will be automatically forwarded to a Popa Law attorney or legal assistant. Simultaneously, your contact information is saved in a secure database. This information will be used exclusively by Popa Law, and will only be used to contact you in the manner that you have specifically requested.
NO FEES UNLESS WE WIN
Our No Fee Guarantee refers to our policy that if there is no recovery in your case, you, as our client, will not be responsible for any lawyer fees, court costs, and/or expenses related to case development. However, clients are responsible for their own medical bills. In the event that a recovery is made, the client will be responsible for the costs advanced in addition to the attorney’s fee. It's important to note that this fee will be computed before we deduct expenses and/or any outstanding medical costs.
